Zumba

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Includes styles such as Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue, Soca, Cumbia, Hip Hop and more. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning raises combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.

Zumbatomic

Designed exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination.

Zumba Sentao

The Zumba Sentao workout takes the thrill of the fitness-party and partners it with explosive, chair-based choreography to strengthen, balance and stabilize your core, and step up your cardio work in a whole new way. Grab a chair, feel the beat and learn how to use your own body weight to enhance muscle strength, improve definition and endurance, and tone your physique. Strut, shake and shimmy as you work your core (and work the chair) in a high-energy fitness-party that will keep you on the edge of your seat!       

Cardio Kick

It is an aerobic kickboxing class that begins with stretches and a cardio warm up. It includes a series of repetitive punches, hand strikes, kicks and other self-defense moves.

Total Body

Total Body is a fusion of anaerobic, aerobic, muscle conditioning and  muscle sculpting drills, instructed in three minute increments and 30 second recovery increments.

Body Up! Strength & Tone

Body up! Strength and Tone - a full body engaging session of calistenics that are intended to increase body strength and tone with movement using one's body weight for resistance.

Belly Dancing

Bellydancing is a very ancient dance; its origins trace back to Ancient

Egypt. It is an art form which expresses the divine feminine energy of the Goddess through a sensual, holistic and physical approach. The movements of belly dance will sculpt your body, while increasing your grace, elegance and self-confidence. Class will include warm-up, techniques, choreography and circle meditation. All ages and body types welcome.

Cardio Dance Fusion

Cardio Dance Fusion is a variety of dance styles fused together creating a high energy, heart thumpin', body pumpin', fat burning fitness workout.

Yoga

The practice of Yoga is well-demonstrated to reduce the physical effects of stress on the body. Yoga can ease pain, improve flexibility and mobility, increase strength and circulation, and can help with weight management. The meditative effects of a consistent Yoga practice help many cultivate inner peace and calm.

Hip Hop Kids

Hip Hop-Kids is a class as well as a chance to let loose and have fun. It provides slow teaching and guidance so that kids learn how to dance as well as exercise, using hip hop music from old to new.
